About
Dr. Di Fonzo co-founded the Releva Chronic Pain Centre with the belief that treating chronic pain mandates focus on the patient, not the disease. He quickly realized the significant impact chronic pain has on the thousands of patients he sees in his practice, and vowed to create a clinic which addresses the complexities of chronic pain using multi-modal treatment strategies, ensuring optimal pain relief and functioning for his patients.
